Held Lilja buckle pendant 55/60 cm bronze snow quartz
Lilja jewelry celebrated the 85th anniversary of independent Finland. The original Lilja jewelry was designed by the artist Germund Paaer in the 1940s after the end of the Continuation War as a symbol of peace. In 2002, designer Kirsti Doukas updated Lilja: she streamlined the shape of the jewelry and added a stone to it – bronze snow quartz, silver rock crystal and golden spectrolite. The stones reflect Finland's nature and its clean waters in their various forms: white snow quartz as shimmering frosty edges, clear mountain crystal as ice and spectrolite as blue shimmering lake backs. The sale of Lilja jewelry supported the activities of the Women's Association of War Veterans. Koru's message is still relevant today. The lily pendant has a needle mechanism on the back, so you can also use it as a brooch. Anchor chain adjustable length 55/60 cm, spring ring lock.
