The Pink Ribbon 2023 earpieces feature the small Sailor’s Knot charms on simple elegant hoop earrings. If you want, you may add more Amulet charms on the hoops. To do so, bend the loop slightly to slip the charms on it through the gap between the ends of the loop. Do not bend more than necessary: exerting too much force may damage the hollow loop. Stud fastening.
